Chief Executive Officer
Tom Krause brings more than 20 years of experience leading, building and positioning software and technology companies for value and long-term success. Mr. Krause previously served as an executive officer of Broadcom Inc., both as Chief Financial Officer and most recently responsible for forming and leading the Broadcom Software Group as President.
Tom began his career in technology with Robertson Stephens and Technology Crossover Ventures followed by business and corporate development leadership roles in the semiconductor industry. Tom is a graduate of Princeton University where he majored in Economics.
General Manager, ShareFile Business Unit
Kurt Heusner is General Manager of the ShareFile business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the business’s product portfolio that includes ShareFile, RightSignature and Podio. Previously, Kurt served as the Senior Vice President for the ShareFile Customer Organization where he was responsible for driving the worldwide Go-to-Market strategy including Marketing, Sales, Channel and Success.
Previously, during his 11 years at Citrix, he held various executive leadership positions from SVP, Americas Commercial business to Vice President, WW Professional Services. Kurt joined Citrix through acquisition as the Chief Customer Officer of AppDNA. Prior to that he held a variety of executive positions with early-stage companies, and he previously spent 13 years at Dell. Kurt did his undergraduate work at Furman University.
General Manager, Citrix
Sridhar Mullapudi is General Manager of the Citrix business unit in Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the product management and development of Citrix VDI/DaaS, Cloud Platform, and analytics solutions. Previously, he served as Chief Product Officer at Citrix, where he oversaw the company’s $3.2 billion product portfolio. Over the course of his 22-year tenure at Citrix, he has sat in many leadership positions across product and engineering, including EVP of Product Management.
He holds an MBA from the University of Florida, a master’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University and a bachelor’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
General Manager, NetScaler
Abhilash Verma is General Manager of the NetScaler business unit at Cloud Software Group, where is responsible for brand’s strategic growth and mission of empowering enterprises to scale and secure their applications for peak performance.
Abhilash is an 18-year NetScaler veteran having joined the company in 2004, prior to the Citrix acquisition. He has held roles across product management, product marketing, technical marketing, competitive intelligence, and product engineering organizations.
Prior to NetScaler he was an Information Security Consultant with a large FMCG and Technology client base. Abhilash completed his Master Program in Information Technology at Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology.
General Manager, TIBCO & Enterprise Applications
Ali Ahmed is General Manager of the TIBCO + Enterprise Applications BUs at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the TIBCO, ibi, Jaspersoft, Foresight and Data Synapse portfolio of products. Previously Ali was SVP of Engineering at TIBCO, where he led enterprise solutions engineering, products and technology.
Over his 21-year tenure at TIBCO, he has held a number of leadership roles across engineering, including Head of Global Engineering Services, and he brings deep expertise in delivering high quality products and managing large engineering teams worldwide. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from Osmania University.
SVP, Head of Engineering, Citrix
Jitendra Deshpande is the head of engineering for the Citrix business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the development of the brand’s portfolio of products, including VDI/DaaS, cloud platform services, and analytics solutions.
He is a 20-year veteran of the company and brings a track record of building and scaling global engineering teams and cloud services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune (India) and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, NY).
SVP, Head of Engineering, NetScaler
Anil Shetty is responsible for NetScaler engineering for the brand’s broad portfolio of products including Application Delivery Controller (ADC), Application Delivery Management (ADM), Application Security, and SD-WAN products.
Anil has been with NetScaler for 24 years and was part of the team when Citrix acquired the company in 2005. He is a handson leader with considerable experience leading global engineering teams, focused on driving high quality engineering deliverables in cloud and distributed computing, security, and networking. Prior to NetScaler, he was at Novell Networks. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Arizona State University and Bachelors in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
VP, Software Business Operations
Pandian Rajapandi is responsible for Software Business Operations at Cloud Software Group, leading a crossfunctional team enabling all CSG business units to optimize operational efficiency, reduce cost, adapt standard tools & technologies, methodologies and processes.
Previously, during his 18-year career at TIBCO he held several engineering roles. Most recently he led the globally distributed TIBCO Engineering Services team for the past 8 years. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Madras University and Masters degree in Business Administration from Anna University in India.
General Manager, Spotfire
Olle Landstrom is the General Manager of Spotfire at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the overall management of the analytic platform solution, including its product development, product management, support, marketing and data science functions.
During his 19 years at Spotfire, Olle served as the SVP of Engineering and various engineering executive roles within the TIBCO Product Group. He also managed products, including Jaspersoft, Composite and EBX.
Prior to Spotfire, Olle worked for IAR Systems in Sweden, including as the Chief Technology Officer, and served in other software development roles for Upnod and Nexus Communications.
Olle holds a master's degree in technical engineering from Uppsala University.
Jacus de Beer
General Manager, XenServer
Jacus de Beer is General Manager of the XenServer business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the product management and development of the XenServer virtualisation platform. For the past 8 years at Citrix, he played a key leadership role in the continued delivery of innovation and improvements across a broad range of technologies and processes.
Prior to that, Jacus was a technical driver for several telecom start-ups and has led engineering teams across multiple continents to deliver real-time passenger information and automated fare collection systems across the UK.
He holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from The University of Pretoria in South Africa.
Sales and Services Leadership
EVP, Field & Channel Sales
Hector Lima is the head all field and channel sales for Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for managing the strategic customer and partner relationships across the organization’s full portfolio of technology solutions.
He was previously EVP and Chief Customer Officer at Citrix, where he has grown his career for more than 20 years across roles in sales and customer experience.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University.
SVP, TIBCO Customer Success
Vivek Rao is SVP of TIBCO Customer Success, responsible for professional services, global support, customer adoption, and global delivery centers across the TIBCO portfolio of products.
He was previously SVP of Global Professional Services at TIBCO, where he led TIBCO's services organization, delivering complex deployments of mission-critical solutions to TIBCO customers globally.
Vivek brings an extensive record of growing and leading successful global services organizations. Vivek holds an MS in Management Systems from Clarkson University, New York, is a management graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Bangalore University.
SVP, Citrix Customer Success
Scott Harris is the SVP of Citrix Customer Success, responsible for tech support, professional services, enablement and adoption across the Citrix portfolio of products.
Previously, at Citrix, he was VP of Global Services and spent the 8 years in Customer Success and Service Delivery at Citrix.
Scott also spent 13 years at Dell in various leadership positions, most recently Executive Director, Dell Global Infrastructure Services. He earned his Ph.D., master’s and bachelor’s degrees in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
SVP, Global Customer Operations
Leanne Taylor is SVP of Global Customer Operations, responsible for sales operations, data insights and intelligence, sales enablement, and ensuring that customer- and partner-facing teams have the tools they need to deliver mission-critical enterprise software to our customers at scale.
Previously, she served as SVP and global COO for the Customer Organization at Citrix. Prior to that, Leanne was VP for Industries and Strategic Customer Programs at SAP Australia and New Zealand. She has also served as head of Financial Services Industry, for SAP, UK and Ireland, and Head of License Right Management for SAP UK and Ireland.
She spent 12 years at Standard Bank, both in Johannesburg and London, in various senior leadership roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce and Finance from The University of KwaZulu-Natal.
Chief Financial Officer
Tom Berquist is the Chief Financial Officer at Cloud Software Group, responsible for worldwide financial operations and reporting, investor relations, facilities, and information technology.
Tom previously held CEO and CFO roles at software companies including TIBCO, Saba, Corel, and Actian. In addition, he has spent 10 years on Wall Street with Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Piper Jaffray, and six years at Deloitte. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA in Management & Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
Tony Gomes is the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for Cloud Software Group, responsible for the Legal, Security, HR, and Corporate Marketing functions.
Tony was previously EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Citrix, leading a global, multidisciplinary team of trusted advisors working in partnership with all segments of the business to advance the company’s objectives and manage risk.
Prior to joining Citrix, Tony was a partner in the corporate practice of Goodwin Procter LLP and an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP in Boston. He received his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
VP, Corporate Marketing
Eric Armstrong is VP of Corporate Marketing at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for industry analyst relations, media relations, internal and executive communications, social media, customer experience centers, and content, creative, and web services.
He was previously with Citrix for more than 20 years, having most recently served as VP of corporate communications. Prior to Citrix, Eric held multiple marketing roles at IBM. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
SVP, Chief Accounting Officer & Corporate Controller
Ganesh Vaidyanathan is SVP, Chief Accounting Office and Corporate Controller at Cloud Software Group. He is responsible for accounting, program management, systems, accounting operations, and shared services.
Prior to this, he spent 10 years with TIBCO, where he was Corporate Controller. Previously, Ganesh held Director of Accounting roles at Autonomy and Interwoven. He began his career working in Assurance & Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held several positions with them and with KPMG. Ganesh holds dual professional degrees as a Chartered Accountant and a Cost and Management Accountant from India in addition to his bachelor’s degree in Commerce with Honors from Hansraj College of the University of Delhi.
VP & Managing Director, India
Rakesh Singh is VP and Managing Director of India for Cloud Software Group. He is responsible for leading innovation and operations in a critical region for the company.
Rakesh was previously the VP of Technology and Managing Director of India for Citrix. He also led product management for the API Platform and Developer Ecosystem initiatives.
Prior to Citrix, Rakesh was on the executive leadership team of the then-startup NetScaler, at iPlanet (a Sun and Netscape alliance), and at Sun Microsystems.
An alum of the Stanford Executive Program, Rakesh has an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MS from UC Santa Barbara, and a BTech from IIT Varanasi.
VP, Human Resources
Gayatri Kunjithaya is the VP of Human Resources for Cloud Software Group where she is responsible for driving talent priorities, including talent acquisition, development and retention, through effective partnership with the business.
Previously, she was the VP of Global HR Partnering for Citrix, where she held several roles over her nearly 9 year tenure. Prior to Citrix, Gayatri worked in global roles for Technicolor, Genpact, and GE.
She holds a masters degree in business management from SDM Institute for Management Development and certifications in leadership development from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
VP, Business Intelligence (BI) and Master Data Management (MDM)
Michael Delgado is VP of Business Intelligence and Master Data Management at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for managing and executing the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) strategy providing the ability to measure and analyze the performance of each business unit and the company as whole with supporting data governance processes.
He was previously with Citrix for 19 years, having most recently been responsible for the same charter which is now expanded to the broader Business Unit portfolio. Prior to Citrix, Michael initiated and led EIM initiatives for companies across various industry sectors, including retail, telecom and financial services.
