Our team proactively identifies vulnerabilities, implements strong security controls, drives secure development practices and product security incident response across the organization. Our mission is to ensure our products remain secure by embedding security in development, proactively mitigating risks, and responding swiftly to incidents.

Product security incident response

The Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) at Cloud Software Group is dedicated to detecting, analyzing, and responding to security vulnerabilities and threats affecting our products. We work closely with engineering, security, and various external stakeholders to ensure timely mitigation, coordinate incident handling, and enhance product security resilience. Our mission is to minimize risks, protect customers, and continuously improve security response practices.
