Tom Krause
Chief Executive Officer
Tom Krause is Chief Executive Officer of Cloud Software Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading, building, and positioning software and technology companies for long-term success.
Tom was previously an executive officer of Broadcom Inc. He first served as Chief Financial Officer and, more recently, was responsible for forming and leading the Broadcom Software Group as President.
Tom began his career in technology with Robertson Stephens and Technology Crossover Ventures, followed by business and corporate development leadership roles in the semiconductor industry. Tom is a graduate of Princeton University, where he majored in Economics.
Andy Nallappan
President and Chief Operating Officer
Andy Nallappan is President and Chief Operating Officer of Cloud Software Group. He is responsible for tools, processes, and security across all corporate functions and software assets for the company.
Previously, Andy served as the CIO, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Security Officer, and Head of Software Engineering and Operations for Broadcom. He has more than 30 years of experience in IT, software development, security, and program management across the Fortune 500, public sectors, and privately owned companies.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Madras and a master’s degree in manufacturing engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Ric Chi
Chief Financial Officer
Ric Chi is Chief Financial Officer of Cloud Software Group, responsible for worldwide financial operations and reporting, investor relations, and corporate strategy, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Previously, Ric was the Head of Corporate Development for Broadcom. In this role, he ran deal diligence and execution for key transformational acquisitions and divestitures, led long-range strategic planning, and advised the executive team and Board on capital allocation decisions.
Prior to Broadcom, Ric worked in the Investment Banking Group at Citibank and the Private Equity Investing Group at GI partners. Ric is a graduate of Cornell University, where he double majored in Economics and Information Science.
Gayatri Kunjithaya
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Gayatri Kunjithaya is Chief Human Resources Officer at Cloud Software Group, where she leads an enterprise-wide, talent-centric, and data-driven People Operations strategy that accelerates growth, builds organizational capability, enables transformation, and supports M&A. She partners with the C-suite and their teams to deliver business impact at the intersection of talent strategy and enterprise value. Previously, Gayatri served as Vice President, Global HR Partnering at Citrix, where she held multiple leadership roles over nearly nine years. Prior to Citrix, she held global HR leadership roles at Technicolor, Genpact, and GE.
Tony Gomes
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
Tony Gomes is the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer for Cloud Software Group.
Tony was previously EVP and Chief Legal Officer at Citrix, leading a global, multidisciplinary team of trusted advisors working in partnership with all segments of the business to advance the company’s objectives and manage risk.
Prior to joining Citrix, Tony was a partner in the corporate practice of Goodwin Procter LLP and an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP in Boston. He received his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and his law degree from Boston University School of Law.
Ethan Fitzsimons
Senior Vice President, Global Customer Engagement
Ethan Fitzsimons is the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Engagement where his primary goal is to serve our global customers and help drive collaboration across our businesses enabling seamless customer engagement.
Previously at Citrix, Ethan served as Senior Vice President of Partnerships and Commercial Sales. In this role, he leveraged his extensive experience in global sales, channel management, and strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, Ethan has served as Worldwide Head of Channels and Alliances, as well as Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Channels and Alliances.
Prior to Citrix, Ethan led worldwide channel programs and distribution at Informatica, where he helped grow the company’s global presence through strategic partnerships. He also spent more than a decade at Avnet Technology Solutions/Tech Data, taking on several leadership roles in channel management and distribution, further solidifying his expertise in developing scalable, effective sales and partnership models.
Saikat Pattadar
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Saikat Pattadar serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Cloud Software Group.
In this role, he leads key areas of the organization’s internal IT and technology operations. Saikat's focus areas include:
Leading business applications: He oversees the enterprise applications, systems, and platforms that support business processes, including initiatives involving Oracle CX, Fusion Applications, CPQ, and related tools to unify front-office and back-office functions, streamline opportunity-to-cash processes, automate billing/revenue recognition, and drive significant cost savings.
Infrastructure: Saikat manages the IT infrastructure team, which is responsible for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Digital workspace: He directs digital workspace strategies and technologies (leveraging tools such as Citrix platforms) to enable secure, seamless access to applications for employees and partners across any infrastructure or device.
He is also focusing on embedding AI and generative AI capabilities into the company's business operations to reduce customer churn and improve account management.
Before joining Cloud Software Group, Saikat was a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, where he led technology consulting for semiconductor and software industry customers.
Kumar Palaniappan
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer
Kumar Palaniappan is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Cloud Software Group. He leads global cybersecurity, compliance, and product security engineering and drives secure innovation across the company’s enterprise software portfolio.
Kumar focuses on enabling trust, resilience, and seamless customer experiences while partnering across engineering, go-to-market, and customer leadership to safeguard platforms worldwide.
Previously, Kumar served in engineering leadership roles at Cisco, NetApp, and as a founder. A holder of multiple patents, he has a track record of building secure, scalable platforms grounded in deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and security engineering.

Sridhar Mullapudi
Co-President, Citrix
Sridhar Mullapudi is Co-President and General Manager for the Citrix business unit in Cloud Software Group. He is responsible for driving the business, product, and technology strategy, as well as the execution and profitability, of Citrix and NetScaler’s $3B+ portfolio. This also includes managing the Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
Sridhar has been with Citrix for nearly 25 years and has held various leadership roles across product, engineering, and general management. He previously served as EVP and Chief Product Officer of Citrix as a public company.
Sridhar holds an MBA from the University of Florida, a master’s degree in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and a bachelor’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
Hector Lima
Co-President, Citrix
Hector Lima is the head of the Citrix Go-to-Market sales organization for Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for managing strategic customer and partner relationships across the organization’s full portfolio of technology solutions.
Hector was previously EVP and Chief Customer Officer of Citrix as a public company, where he grew his career for more than 20 years across various roles in sales and customer experience. He most recently led the global sales, channel ecosystem, and customer experience organization in elevating the end-to-end journey for Citrix customers.
Hector is passionate about results and holds a BA in Economics from Brown University.
Ali Ahmed
President, TIBCO & ibi
Ali Ahmed is President of the TIBCO business unit at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for product, engineering, sales, support, and marketing. Previously, Ali was EVP and General Manager for TIBCO and ibi.
In his 23-year tenure at TIBCO, Ali has held leadership roles across engineering, including SVP of Engineering and Head of Global Engineering Services. He brings expertise in delivering high-quality products and driving business transformation.
Ali holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA from Osmania University.
Steven Schneider
General Manager, Jaspersoft & Spotfire
Steven Schneider is General Manager, Analytics at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the Jaspersoft and Spotfire business units. Steven is focused on effectively growing the businesses aligned to their customers’ unique needs while building operational independence.
Steven has been in the analytics industry for more than 12 years, most recently serving as CEO of Capital Canary before it was acquired by Quorum Analytics. Prior to that, he was CEO and Executive Chairman at Logi Analytics before it was acquired by InsightSoftware. At Logi Analytics, Steven also held the positions of COO, CPO, VP of Sales, VP of Go-to-Market, and CTO.
Steven holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a computer science degree from Virginia Tech.
Soniya Bopache
General Manager, Arctera
Soniya Bopache is SVP and General Manager of Arctera at Cloud Software Group. She leads the organization’s strategy, product innovation, and business growth across a portfolio that includes digital communications governance, AI governance, eDiscovery, and enterprise compliance solutions. Bringing more than 17 years of leadership experience in enterprise software and SaaS, Soniya is focused on building high-value products and scaling technology organizations.
Previously, Soniya held senior leadership roles at Veritas, where she shaped product strategy and drove major advancements across the company’s data compliance offerings. Earlier in her career at Symantec, she played a key role in the evolution of foundational information governance and archiving products used by global enterprises.
Soniya holds a master’s degree in software engineering from BITS Pilani, India.
Bhooshan Thakar
General Manager, InfoScale
Bhooshan Thakar is General Manager of the InfoScale business at Cloud Software Group, where he is responsible for the business growth, product and technology innovation strategy, and overall execution and profitability of the InfoScale portfolio.
Bhooshan brings more than 25 years of experience in delivering large-scale enterprise software products and driving business transformation with strategic customer focus. In his previous 15-year tenure at Veritas, he held several senior product and engineering leadership roles, including VP of InfoScale Engineering and GM of Data Resilience BU.
Bhooshan holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from Iowa State University and a bachelor’s degree from COEP Technological University.
